Green Class

Today our JK/SK friends said goodbye to Mrs. Payette....we are going to miss her...we welcome Ms. Spencer who will be joining us next week. 

This is what the children are saying about today...

Rehema and I pretended that we found different things from seagulls.  The pompoms were eggs, the buttons were rocks and the feathers were the wings that they lost while they were flying.  The seagulls use the rocks to help chew up the food in their tummy. (Cole)

I had fun with the Lego.  I made a house with Sidney. (Olivia J.)

I made a cloud picture with white paint.  It looks like a bird. (Lauren F.)

I loved the listening center.  I listened to Pete the Cat. (Kylie)

I matched the bean bag letters with the letters on the alphabet puzzle. (Alex)

Me and Mattias looked through our class books at the reading center. (Tyler)

I went to the writing center and printed sentences. (Rhaven)

I practiced printing my last name today. (Mattias)

I played at the teacher center.  I pulled out the cards and tried to read all the names of our friends. (Abby)
